I can't find the book crate on your website

Can I customise my toys?
Yes, please select the Premium Ala Carte option.
How many toys are there in ala carte and subscription crates?
You can expect to receive 3-5 toys per crate according to the number of points allocated to each toy. Our team will select toys that are age relevant and worth the maximum of 5 points per crate.
How does the subscription work?
Please contact us through WhatsApp's or Instagram (@wonderfun.co) to purchase a subscription.
Can I cancel my subscription midway?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription after a minimum of 3 crates are fulfilled.
Can I buy the crate as a gift?
Yes, we provide an option for you to make the purchase as a gift. It comes with a free card and an optional custom message. There is no additional charge for making it a gift.
The gift option is only available for new toys.
What is the return policy?
We will do our best to provide a 1-1 exchange of the specific item that is affected according to our stated Terms & Conditions.
All exchanges are subject to availability of stock. If an item is unavailable, we will provide you with an alternative item equivalent to the number of points of the damaged item. We do not provide cash refunds.
Is delivery included in the pricing?
No. There is an additional charge of $10 for delivery fee. *$15 for delivery to CBD and $20 to Sentosa
How is payment made?
We accept credit cards in general. If you have a specific clarification, please reach out to us on email or whatsapp.
How will confirmation be sent upon payment?
