FAQ and Shipping Policy

How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes between 3 to 5 working days. We typically ship through a private courier who will deliver the crate straight to the recipient's doorstep. If no one is around to receive the order, we will reach out to you for further instruction.
Can I customise my toys?
Yes, please select the "Customize My Crate" option for new toys and Ala Carte option for rental toys
How many toys are there in ala carte and subscription crates?
You can expect to receive 3-5 toys per crate according to the number of points allocated to each toy. Our team will select toys that are age relevant and worth the maximum of 6 points per crate.
How does the subscription for new toys work?
You can select the frequency of new crates to be delivered eg. 1 crate every 1, 2, or 3 months. A minimum of 3 crates is required and it will auto-renew. Subscription crates are not customisable, but rest assured that our team will select age relevant toys for your little one.
How does the subscription for Rental work?
All rental toy crates will be swapped once a month. You can select the duration of subscription to be 3, 4 or 6 months. We will provide you a tracking number tag for a deliveryman to collect the packed used toys from your place. At the same time, we will deliver the next month’s rental toys to your doorstep.
Can I cancel my subscription midway?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription after a minimum of 3 crates are fulfilled.
Can I buy the crate as a gift?
Yes, we provide an option for you to make the purchase as a gift. It comes with a free card and an optional custom message. There is no additional charge for making it a gift. The gift option is only available for new toys.
What is the return policy?
We will do our best to provide a 1-1 exchange of the specific item that is affected according to our stated Terms & Conditions. All exchanges are subject to availability of stock. If an item is unavailable, we will provide you with an alternative item equivalent to the number of points of the damaged item. We do not provide cash refunds.
Can I return the toys after use?
Yes, we provide a scheme to buy back used toys depending on our assessment of the current condition of the toys. Please read more about our Toy Revive Initiative or reach out to us for more information!
Why is a deposit (for rental) required?
A one-off refundable $25 security deposit will be charged upon checkout for both ala carte and subscription crates. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period. Reason of requiring a deposit is to cover the following 1. Extensive damage to the toys 2. Missing items in returned crate 3. Spoilt parts 4. Missed return pickup 5. Late returns
What happens if my child damages the toy? (For Rental)
While we understand children may throw the toys around as they play, we will examine the extent of damage to determine if a charge is required. If the toy is severely damaged, a small fee will be deducted from the deposit.
Is delivery included in the pricing?
For new toys, we cover delivery fees for subscription crates only. For rental toys, you will bear the cost of one-way toy receival delivery. Wonderfun will cover the cost of return delivery of used toys.
How does the return policy work for a rental ala carte crate?
We will provide you a tracking number tag for a deliveryman to collect the packed used toys from your place. Cost of return delivery will be borne by Wonderfun.
How is payment made?
